FPMI Wins Contract to Support OPM Line of Business Shared Services Center

FPMI Solutions, Inc. was awarded a 5-year contract to provide Human Resource (HR) services in response to a U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) procurement inviting private sector vendors to compete for opportunities to become HR Line of Business (LoB) Shared Service Centers. These new private sector-operated centers will be in addition to those currently operated by the Departments of Agriculture (National Finance Center), Defense, Health and Human Services, Interior (National Business Center), and Treasury and will provide information technology for personnel action processing and benefits management plus other related HR services. FPMI is a member of the successful team led by IBM.

The HR LoB vision is to achieve government-wide, modern, cost-effective, standardized, and interoperable HR solutions providing common, core functionality to support the strategic management of human capital.
