FPMI Wins Contract to Provide HR Services to Defense Finance and Accounting Service

FPMI Solutions, Inc. was awarded a 5-year contract to provide Human Resource (HR) support services under a major Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) outsourcing initiative. DFAS is undergoing a human capital transformation initiative that will align its workforce to future mission requirements, determine areas for improvement, and develop action plans to best prepare for the mission-focused workforce of the future. FPMI is a member of the Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) team selected to help DFAS ensure continuity of its vital HR services that support its mission, ongoing activities, and new initiatives through a GSA Schedule Blanket Purchase Agreement while it simultaneously focuses on achieving its transformation objectives.

FPMI’s flexible delivery of HR services under this contract will include planning, recruitment and internal placement, pre-employment screening, position classifications, personnel actions, training, employee assistance, employee relations, function review/integration services, and other like functions. “We are pleased to bring our unique human capital skills to the BAH team, to help DFAS takes care of its vital resources as it moves forward in transforming its business operations” comments Joseph Saponaro, FPMI President and CEO. “Collectively, the DFAS team will demonstrate its ability to adapt and succeed in the face of change, thereby ensuring a successful transformation is achieved”.
