FPMI Wins U.S. Custom and Border Protection Recruiting Services Contract

FPMI Solutions, Inc. was awarded a 54-person contract to provide contact center services in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recruiting objectives. FPMI, as a member of the Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) team, will play an active role in helping CBP recruit and hire qualified Border Patrol Agents to meet the agency’s objectives to detect and prevent terrorists and terrorist weapons from entering the United States. FPMI’s specialized recruitment services will focus on identifying and qualifying large numbers of candidates for positions concentrated in the Southwest border. Prior to award of this contract, FPMI provided directly-similar recruiting services to CBP under a separate contract venue.

“We have been providing human capital services to DHS and its component agencies for the past 5 years” comments Joseph Saponaro, FPMI President and CEO. “Our contact center specialists have demonstrated capability in delivering a wide range of high-touch applicant relations to Border Patrol Agent candidates. We are quite pleased that CBP has endorsed the quality of our performance by selecting us to not only continue but expand these services going forward in support of this challenging mission”. Since 2002, FPMI has played an important role in helping implement and manage the largest recruitment program ever undertaken by the federal government. FPMI operates a nationwide contact center for the Transportation Security Administration that tracks applicants from initial inquiry through the application, security, and testing process to the on-boarding of new hires and handles more than 1.5 million calls per year.
