Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
During the last 20 years, there has been an increase in FOIA requests following
various Executive Orders that have simplified and broadened the FOIA process. Among
the many professional services FPMI offers are FOIA requests response and processing,
and adhering to Privacy Act regulations.
Our solution reduces timelines
for capture, document production, and legal review. It also allows an
organization's employees to focus on mission critical operations, versus
performing document requests as a collateral duty. Our solution, includes quality review
for all processing steps, and all processes are supervised by legal experts.
FPMI's approach automates the document capture process which includes searching all responsive documents (electronic and
paper documents, notes, emails, etc.), and automating the review, redact, and produce processes.
FPMI can meet and/or exceed Federal timelines to collect, process, review and produce
of electronic documents for resolving FOIA, litigation, Congressional Inquires
and other document requests.
