Clyde B. Blandford, Jr., Vice President of Program Operations

Mr. Blandford, Jr. joined FPMI in January 2003 as the Deputy Program Manager of the TSA Project. In September 2003, he was named Program manager on the TSA Project. He is currently FPMI’s Vice President of Program Operations. Prior to coming to FPMI, he was a senior executive with the Federal Government. Mr. Blandford has more than 35 years of experience in all facets of human resources including: recruiting, staffing, position classification, employee relations, labor relations, training, personnel security and EEO. He also has extensive program management experience in both the private and federal sectors. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree from Central Michigan University. In addition, Mr. Blandford was also selected for and completed residential management programs at the Federal Executive Institute and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
