Toi B. Garth, SPHR, Director of Human Resources

Mrs. Garth joined FPMI as Director of Human Resources in March 2005. She has more than 14 years of progressive experience in human resources, training, compensation, staffing, and project management. Prior to joining FPMI, she served as Employment Manager/Adjunct Instructor for J.F. Drake State Technical College/JOBS Place Program. Earlier, she worked for Manpower International Staffing in the roles of Staffing and Employee Relations Specialist, Staffing Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Branch Manager where she worked extensively with government and private industry customers. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Alabama A&M University and a B.A. in Communications from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2007 and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
