FPMI’s Labor & Employee Relations conference is the most-anticipated LR/ER event of the year! Each year, hundreds of LR/ER professionals – from novice to expert – attend the LER to learn from renowned national speakers and subject matter experts from both the federal and private sectors. For 2008, we have added a third track as well as a third pre-conference session. 11th Annual Labor & Employee Relations Award

In 1998 FPMI Solutions established the Labor & Employee Relations Award as a way to show appreciation for individuals who excel in this very difficult and challenging profession.
