Mr. Michael O'Donnell joined FPMI as the Director of Training Services in April 2009. Mr., O’Donnell is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has more than 26 years’ experience in the design, development, delivery and management of training/educational programs. His experience includes instructing, curricula design, training program design and implementation, distance learning and learning and performance management systems as well as holding senior executive/management positions in well-respected training/educational organizations. In addition to founding several small training companies, Mr. O’Donnell’s previous positions include President of Chubb Institute, Inc., a vocational college for adults that has 10 campuses in 6 states; COO of the Arthur Andersen Virtual Learning Network, a online learning platform that provided online courseware and learning management support services to numerous large corporations; and Director of Training Technology at Analysis & Technology, Inc. a government contractor primarily providing engineering and training service to DOD.
