FPMI Wins Contract to Provide HR Services to Department of Homeland Security

FPMI Solutions, Inc. was awarded a 5-year contract to provide Human Resource (HR) services under a major Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer outsourcing initiative. FPMI is a member of a team, led by Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), whose charter is to support implementation of a robust HR service delivery model wherein DHS Human Capital Services staff will serve as HR consultants, with primary face to the customer, and will be supported by the BAH team who will perform all of the customary HR services to meet customer needs across DHS components.

FPMI will perform lead and support roles across the full spectrum of HR services, to include recruiting; personnel action processing; payroll action processing; benefits, retirement, and employee relations assistance; help desk operations; and execution of discrete HR programs at the executive level. “In the 5 years we have worked with DHS and its respective agencies, we have developed a real appreciation for their unique human capital needs” comments Joseph A.
