FPMI Wins Department of Homeland Security Recruiting Services Contract

FPMI Solutions, Inc. was awarded a 5-year contract to provide contact center services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-Recruitment Program. FPMI is a member of a team, led by General Dynamics, whose charter is to implement an enterprise solution to automate DHS recruitment and hiring processes. FPMI will provide support throughout the entire recruiting, staffing, and hiring process and will interface with applicants, users, and hiring managers nationwide.

“We have been providing human capital services to DHS for the past 5 years” comments Joseph A. Saponaro, FPMI President and CEO. “This new performance engagement allows us to partner with both General Dynamics and DHS to bring talent and technology together in solution sets that are uniquely tailored to DHS organizational goals and objectives”. Since 2002, FPMI has played an important role in helping implement and manage the largest recruitment program ever undertaken by the federal government. FPMI operates a nationwide contact center for the Transportation Security Administration that tracks applicants from initial inquiry through the application, security, and testing process to the on-boarding of new hires and handles more than 1.5 million calls per year.
